Apostle James Miller was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He is the son of Bishop Allen Miller and Isabelle Martin. Apostle Miller served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years at which time the Lord began to deal with him concerning ministry. Vision was birthed in Apostle James Miller in 1987, as he accepted his call into the ministry becoming a licensed minister at True Vine Miracle temple in Los Angeles, California. In 1992, Apostle Miller started a bible study in his home, which launched him into his Pastoral Ministry. He was then ordained as Pastor July 1993. Apostle Miller is currently a Senior Pastor, operates in the Five Fold Office of the Apostle and oversees five churches, some which are an offspring of his church.

In July 1993 beginning with a small membership in Rialto, California, Apostle Miller was founder and Senior Pastor of Holy Spirit Deliverance Ministries, which became one of the fastest growing churches in the city of Rialto. Later as the vision began to increase, In 1996 Apostle Miller under the direction Of the Holy Spirit changed the name of the church to End Time Prophetic Ministries, releasing a Prophetic Movement. In the year 2002 God mandated the urgency and anointing in Apostle Miller’s ministry to bring an end time harvest of soul wining, and establish government, activation, the five fold ministry, and order. 2002 the church name was changed to End Time Harvest International reaching the “end time harvest.” Apostle Miller has been called to equip and “to make a people ready for the second coming of Christ.” He is a powerful revelatory preacher who has devoted his life to studying the word of God. Apostle Miller teaches The School of the Apostles and Prophets every 2nd Saturday at his local ministry. Truly Apostle Miller is ordained to lead, govern, guide, and activate churches into the fivefold ministry gifts.

Apostle Miller has a powerful testimony; he was miraculously delivered from cocaine addiction. As a result of his powerful testimony, Apostle Miller has helped many women and men struggling in the area of substance abuse through Drug and Alcohol Recovery Ministry, Prison Ministry, teaching and preaching God’s word. He has an anointing for deliverance. Apostle Miller and his wife are committed to winning souls and ministering deliverance through the power and anointing of God.
